Upgrade / cancel

Upgrade: go to Settings → Billing → Change plan. Upgrades take effect immediately; you are charged the prorated difference.

Cancel: Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. You keep access until the end of your billing period.

Downgrade: switch to a lower plan at the next renewal. Export leads and pause agents if the new plan has lower limits.
