You are responsible for maintaining account security, ensuring your outreach complies with platform rules, and using Nodott in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

4. Billing and Subscriptions

Paid plans renew monthly unless canceled. Your 7-day free trial may convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use Nodott for spam, harassment, unlawful activity, or actions that violate X (Twitter) terms of service. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

Nodott is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
